Review Paper Writing Competition
About the Competition
The Review Paper Writing Competition is a national-level competition designed to empower young Nigerians by providing them a platform to showcase their skills in academic writing. Participants will compete by crafting compelling review essays or delivering on key societal issues, with winners earning cash prizes, and internship opportunities.
Competition Structure

Register and submit a well-researched, thought-provoking essay on a given theme (maximum 2000 words) before the deadline for entry (12:00PM Friday 30th May 2025). Late entries will not be accepted. Judges will shortlist Top 10 submissions.

Possible Themes:
- The Role of Youth in Nation-Building
- Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Jobs in Africa
- The Impact of Social Media on Mental Health
- Climate Change: Nigeria’s Path to a Sustainable Future

The Top 10 candidates will participate in a 24 hours review essay contest

Judges shortlist the Top 10 finalists who will participate in a final contest. The procedure and date will be communicated to the successful applicants.

Winner will receive NGN 100,000, others will get internship opportunity.
